Molly Moon is an orphan, in a run down orphanage, run by the cruel Miss Adderstone.

Escaping into the quiet library Molly finds a book, ‘Hypnotism, An Ancient Art Explained’. 

Can she learn its lessons and hypnotise her way out of her miserable life? Can she use hypnotism to get back to her friend, Rocky, who has now been adopted?

Molly starts by hypnotizing Petula the pug and amazingly, it works! Perhaps hypnotism can do more for Molly than she ever even dreamed of.

Molly Moon, The Incredible Hypnotist, is played by Raffey Cassidy (Mr Selfridge, Snow White & The Huntsman, Dark Shadows).

Her friends & enemies are played by Lesley Manville, Emily Watson, Celia Imrie, Anne- Marie Duff, Omid Djalili, Dominic Monaghan and Joan Collins, & of course, Lola the pug as Petula.
